Vice President of NDE Services

Retired U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of service, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, compliance, and innovation across the globe. As Vice President of Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Services, he brings a client-focused and employee-driven approach to operational excellence. He holds an MBA from Nicholls State University.

Director of NDE Services

Experienced NDT professional with over two decades of expertise in nondestructive testing, regulatory compliance, and operations management. Skilled in ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, penetrant, ferrite, hardness, and PMI testing, with a strong background in business development, client relations, and team leadership. Proven ability to manage NDT operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and adhere to client-specific procedures for high-demand industries such as oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. Certified to Level II in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and trained by ASNT Level III professionals.

Richard Milligan

Business Development

A seasoned NDT professional with over 40 years of experience in advanced inspection technologies and operational leadership. Certified in RT, UT, MT, PT, AUT, PAUT, and TOFD, and holder of multiple patents for innovative inspection tools. Dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technologies to deliver value-added solutions for clients. Before joining Global Inspections in 2025, he served as General Manager of Intertek’s Eastern Region, overseeing operations for 350 employees across multiple service lines. Brings a proven track record in business development, team building, and client relationship management, driving growth and operational excellence.

Global Inspections, LLC is committed to providing high-quality inspection and testing services in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, meeting customer specifications, applicable codes, and contractual requirements. We strive for continuous improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction through effective process control. Top Management fully supports the Quality Management System, recognizing that quality starts with each employee. The Quality Control Manager oversees the program independently, with authority to identify nonconformances, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation. Unresolved issues will be escalated to Senior Management. This Quality Policy aligns with our goal to deliver consistent, compliant, and reliable inspection and testing services while maintaining safety, efficiency, and customer confidence.
